Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and direct the warehouse construction project from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources effectively
- Implement and maintain project management systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project/construction management, preferably in warehouse or industrial projects
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with budget management and cost control
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Malaysia
