Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for construction management and retail infrastructure? Erajaya, a leading retail and distribution company in Indonesia, is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to oversee our dynamic expansion and maintenance projects.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the lifecycle of our retail stores. From the conceptualization of new store build-outs to the critical maintenance of existing locations and strategic store closures, you will ensure every project is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a leader who can manage cross-functional stakeholders, optimize project timelines, and deliver projects that align with our brand excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end retail construction projects, including new store rollouts, refurbishments, and maintenance tasks.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure all deliverables meet strict company KPIs.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of construction quality and design compliance.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize downtime or operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and IT departments to ensure seamless store commissioning and handover.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on project status, expenditures, and milestone achievements to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the retail, commercial construction, or property development sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and vendors effectively.
