Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of contract logistics projects across the APAC region, ensuring seamless transitions from implementation to steady-state operations.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to integrate warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics infrastructure.
- Conduct site visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client KPIs.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting project status, budget tracking, and potential blockers.
- Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure the high-quality delivery of logistics support services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity and reduce cost-to-serve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within a contract logistics or 3PL environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution networks, and supply chain technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or JIRA) and advanced Excel skills.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma is highly advantageous.
