Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, focusing on CSA scope from initiation through to completion.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring all works comply with structural designs and architectural specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical site issues in real-time.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Enforce stringent Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards across all construction phases.
- Monitor project progress against the master schedule, implementing corrective measures where necessary to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in CSA project management within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong working knowledge of local building regulations, codes of practice, and authority submission requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD/BIM.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid certification in relevant WSH roles (e.g., BCSS or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
