Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for cyber security initiatives including risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and governance protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver security projects on time and within budget while meeting regulatory requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans for security implementations
- Ensure alignment with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and organizational security policies
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Implement continuous improvement processes for security project delivery methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for security solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with 3+ years in cyber security or risk management
- Professional certifications (PMP, CISSP, CISM, or PRINCE2) strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in implementing security governance frameworks and compliance programs
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and security platforms
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and threat modeling methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across technical and non-technical teams
