Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for mission-critical infrastructure? Vertiv is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (Data Center) to join our team in Batam. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data center infrastructure projects, from initial planning and site mobilization to final commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site construction crews.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project duration.
- Manage project risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies proactively.
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.
- Ensure all technical documentation and project deliverables comply with regional regulations and Vertiv's corporate standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience specifically within the data center, power, or large-scale industrial construction sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of data center critical systems (UPS, cooling systems, power distribution, and thermal management).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
