Join Smartdeer Services Centre as a Project Manager specializing in Data Centre EPC and System Integration projects. Lead complex infrastructure initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution of engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Drive project excellence by optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining strict compliance with industry standards. This role demands strategic oversight of cross-functional teams while delivering innovative solutions that align with client objectives and technological advancements in the data centre sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of data centre EPC projects including planning, execution, and closure
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in data centre EPC or system integration projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, networking)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
