Your Role:
As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the execution of critical Data Centre projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the technical complexities of Data Centre construction, infrastructure upgrades, and technology integration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing all awarded strategic Data Centre projects in Singapore, ensuring strict alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
- Leading the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, and execution to monitoring, commissioning, and closure.
- Developing and managing comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and communications, providing regular status reports to senior management and clients.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and resolving complex technical and operational issues.
- Directing and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the Data Centre environment.
- Driving continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the Data Centre, MEP, or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $5 million SGD.
- Deep understanding of Data Centre MEP systems, cooling, power distribution, and security protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
