In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative design concepts and our clients' visions, ensuring seamless execution of high-end design and architectural projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, from initial client consultation and design proposal development to site management and final project handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for design and architectural renovations from initiation to completion.
- Conduct professional client consultations to identify project requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
- Coordinate effectively with internal design teams, contractors, and external vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage project documentation, including scope of work, cost estimates, and progress reports.
- Monitor site progress to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Proactively address and resolve project-related issues to ensure total client satisfaction.
- Drive sales conversions and business development by providing exceptional service and technical expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management within the design or renovation industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in client relations and sales.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- A valid driver's license is a plus, as site visits are required.
