Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full lifecycle management of digital health adoption projects within the DxD Hub accelerator framework
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional teams including clinicians, developers, and healthcare providers
- Drive user-centered design and iterative development of digital health solutions
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure rapid prototyping and validation
- Monitor KPIs and report on project progress to steering committees
- Develop change management plans to ensure clinician and patient adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare/digital health sector
- Proven track record managing software development projects from concept to deployment
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and clinical workflows
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP certification highly desirable
- Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or medical technology vendors
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements
