Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and project direction for large-scale regional industry trade exhibitions.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, government bodies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Direct cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and implement innovative event strategies to increase attendee engagement and commercial performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and service improvements.
- Oversee operational risk management, health and safety compliance, and crisis resolution during event cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management or leadership roles within the exhibitions, MICE, or events industry.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-million dollar event budgets and complex operational workflows.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder relationship management at a senior level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for regional coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
