We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager (DSC/TE/AMBU) to join our engineering team in Ang Mo Kio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of complex electronic systems, modules, and subsystems. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can drive projects to successful completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will oversee the planning, execution, and control of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic systems and subsystems from concept through to commissioning.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with technical leads and clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and technical challenges proactively.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Communicate project status, progress reports, and key milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the electronics, defence, or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, Test & Evaluation (TE), and Ambulance systems (AMBU) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
