Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and supervise electrical projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with CIDB/ST license requirements and safety standards
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of electrical materials
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare project documentation including reports and change orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management
- Proven track record with CIDB and ST-licensed projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in budget management and resource optimization
