Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and track project budgets, managing procurement and resource allocation to prevent cost overruns.
- Oversee on-site installation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with Singapore standards (SS CP5) and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and mitigate technical bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed project status reports, technical documentation, and safety risk assessments.
- Manage project handover processes, including testing, commissioning, and obtaining necessary certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably within the construction or M&E industry.
- Strong understanding of Singapore electrical codes, building regulations, and safety requirements (WSH).
- Proven track record in managing contractors and site-based project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other relevant construction management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability and professional integrity.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings and schematics with precision.
