Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage multiple electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Oversee electrical switchboard upgrades and infrastructure development projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, switchboards, and infrastructure
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
