Leng Aik Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (Electrical) to lead our electrical installation projects. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring that all installations are executed efficiently, safely, and within the agreed-upon timeline. You will serve as the bridge between the client and the technical execution team, coordinating resources to ensure project success.
We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling contract work durations and schedule management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to schedule work and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor daily progress against the forecast schedule and promptly address any delays or potential risks.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and forecasts.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide regular updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industry.
- Familiarity with contract work durations and installation methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage.
