We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical and Data Center projects to join our dynamic team at PT Pawa Indonesia Engineering. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to successful completion and handover. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while adhering to company protocols and industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex electrical and data center infrastructure projects, with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. You will be expected to develop detailed project plans, manage resources effectively, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project duration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of electrical and data center projects from conception to completion
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing electrical and data center infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, data center design, and construction methodologies
- Certified Project Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
