Join Trust Recruit as a Project Manager specializing in electrical projects for data center construction. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex electrical infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As an Electrical Project Manager in our data center division, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery. Your expertise in electrical systems, project management methodologies, and construction processes will be critical to our success in delivering state-of-the-art data center facilities.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary of $6,000 – $8,000, comprehensive benefits, and a 5.25-day work week. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects for data center construction, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and compliance requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures
- Resolve technical issues and make decisions to keep projects on track
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and clients
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for electrical installations in data centers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in data center construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and data center infrastructure
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards for electrical installations
