PT Powertek Indo Asia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Electrical & Panel System) to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, procurement, and field operationsâto oversee electrical and panel system projects from initiation through completion. Your leadership will directly impact the successful execution of complex electrical infrastructure projects, driving business growth and reinforcing our reputation for excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle for electrical and panel system projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations and industry codes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through transparent communication and responsive issue management.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and subcontractors, to maximize efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in electrical or panel system projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, panel boards, switchgear, and control systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
