Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage substation and TNB projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance records
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, specifically with substation projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of TNB regulations, standards, and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
