Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor elevator installation/modification projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and vendors
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
- Prepare detailed project reports and maintain documentation for stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in elevator/construction industry
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, installation processes, and safety protocols
- Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog
