Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for ELV systems, including planning, execution, and closure
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, contractors) and external stakeholders
- Implement rigorous risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance protocols
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and post-project evaluations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably with ELV systems
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects in commercial/industrial settings
- Advanced knowledge of ELV systems (fire alarms, security systems, BMS, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
