Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for ELV systems including security, fire alarms, and network infrastructure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and quality control measures
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project phases
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing ELV systems projects in commercial or industrial settings
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent project management qualification
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Expert knowledge of ELV technologies including CCTV, access control, and BMS systems
- Proven track record in budget management and contract administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
