Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Structured Cabling) in data center environments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery from inception to commissioning.
- Manage project schedules, site progress reporting, and resource allocation to meet strict construction timelines.
- Monitor site safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installation quality aligns with design specifications and technical documentation.
- Resolve technical conflicts and field engineering challenges proactively to prevent project bottlenecks.
- Manage project budgets, material procurement, and progress claim submissions effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within Data Center or large-scale industrial construction.
- Proven track record of managing ELV system installations and systems integration.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction project lifecycles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and client expectations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CIDB Green Card) are highly preferred.
