Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute the full project lifecycle for High Voltage Power, Electrical, and UPS system installations and upgrades.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, contractors, and vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct site surveys, technical evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure project compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical queries, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project management or engineering roles within the High Voltage Power, Electrical, or UPS systems domain.
- Strong understanding of power protection solutions, electrical distribution systems, and critical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE, SS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is highly advantageous.
- Possess a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety.
