Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high-performance standards.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with engineering departments to ensure technical accuracy and design compliance.
- Monitor project progress daily, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are updated and accessible.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Oversee project budgets, procurement of materials, and cost-control measures.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular status reports and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within an engineering or construction environment.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of local engineering regulations and safety standards.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.
