Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and technical resources to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, resolving complex engineering challenges through effective team coordination.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and budget utilization to senior management.
- Bridge the communication gap between electrical engineering teams and product development stakeholders.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all technical outputs meet rigorous industry standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven professional experience in project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of technical design, product development lifecycles, and engineering methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and technical documentation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Professional certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is highly regarded.
