About the Role: As the Project Manager, you will be the central point of execution for high-value engineering solutions. You will oversee every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and budget development to final commissioning and handover. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Focus Areas: You will act as the primary liaison between our technical teams and our valued clients, expertly balancing technical requirements with commercial objectives. Your strategic oversight will mitigate risks, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement across all projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for complex industrial engineering solutions, from initiation to successful closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client specifications and organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, managing expectations and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout all project phases.
- Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting on profitability to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven project management experience within an engineering solutions or industrial environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and risk management principles.
- Willingness to be based in Johor Bahru and travel to project sites as needed.
