Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade data center projects, from initial scoping and procurement to installation and commissioning.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Japan to ensure project requirements align with regional regulations and technical standards.
- Manage complex cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and external vendors.
- Develop detailed project plans, mitigate risks, and manage budgetary constraints effectively.
- Maintain high communication standards, providing regular reports to senior management regarding project health and timelines.
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes to optimize project delivery cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within data center infrastructure or large-scale telecommunications environments.
- Solid understanding of data center power and cooling systems, structured cabling, and physical security.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Japanese language is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams.
- Proven ability to navigate complex vendor landscapes and manage international procurement cycles.
- Willingness to travel periodically as required by project milestones.
