To support our ongoing growth and campus development initiatives, we are seeking a motivated Project Manager Estate Management to join our Facilities & Estates team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifeâcycle of estate development and refurbishment works, ensuring that all new builds, renovations, and maintenance projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Working closely with senior leadership, design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you will drive project planning, feasibility studies, design reviews, budgeting, and risk management activities. Your proven ability to balance competing priorities while adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints will be essential to the success of each initiative.
Key responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of project deliveryâfrom initial concept and scope definition through to construction completion, commissioning, and handoverâwhile maintaining strict adherence to Singaporeâs building regulations and JCUâs internal policies. You will also be expected to champion sustainable construction practices, integrate innovative technologies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the estates function.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead endâtoâend project planning, execution, and delivery for estate development projects across Central Region campuses.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure onâtime, onâbudget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and university policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and boardâlevel presentations.
- Negotiate and administer contracts, oversee procurement processes, and manage vendor relationships.
- Champion health and safety standards on all construction sites, conducting regular audits and training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5âŻyears of progressive project management experience in estate or property development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Inâdepth knowledge of Singapore building regulations, codes, and permit procedures.
- Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
