Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget allocations for new F&B outlets.
- Coordinate between kitchen consultants, interior designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress through regular inspections, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with local health, safety, and regulatory standards within the F&B industry.
- Manage post-project reviews and transitions to operational management teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting project status and key deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of F&B operational workflows and kitchen design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple project timelines.
