Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with F&B SOPs across all outlets through rigorous monitoring and audits
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to implementation
- Develop and optimize operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including kitchen, service, and supply chain staff
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-delivery
- Implement continuous improvement frameworks for quality control and service excellence
- Conduct regular performance analysis and data-driven decision making
- Train staff on new protocols and operational best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of F&B project management experience in Jakarta
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing SOPs for food service operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Certified PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred
