Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor genset and electrical projects from conception to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
- Prepare regular project reports and updates for stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing genset and electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, and project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Experience working in the construction or infrastructure industry
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
