Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex government technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with stringent government security policies, data protection regulations, and procurement frameworks.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring third-party contributions align with project objectives and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and communication plans for all stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies within the public sector context.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3-5 years specifically managing projects for government or public sector clients.
- Proven expertise in managing secure technology projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data governance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., SCRUM Master) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes, policies, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering secure and innovative solutions.
