Reporting into the Project Management & Go-To-Market (GTM) for Self Serve Business team, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional business development initiatives and shaping the future of our marketplace. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of key GTM strategies, optimize business processes, and ensure the successful launch of new products and services in the Indonesian market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to deliver value to our customers and accelerate growth.
Your expertise in project management and market strategy will be crucial in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and scaling our self-serve operations. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final delivery and analysis, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget. - Lead and manage end-to-end Go-To-Market strategies for the self-serve business channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee project lifecycles from conception to launch, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Analyze market trends and regional business data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product-market fit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to define requirements and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project progress and business impact.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure project transparency and alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar GTM role within the logistics, transportation, or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and GTM frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
