- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence for healthcare BPO accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and operational departments, to ensure process efficiency.
- Implement quality assurance measures and compliance protocols to meet healthcare industry standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and reduce operational costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
- Conduct performance reviews and organize training sessions to develop team capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the Healthcare or BPO sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
