NovoHeal Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be the driving force behind end-to-end healthcare technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a key member of our organization, you will lead cross-functional teams, acting in dual capacities as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing complex risks, and ensuring that all digital solutions fully comply with PDPA and stringent healthcare data security protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, facilitating clear communication and requirement documentation as a Business Analyst.
- Drive agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog prioritization as a Product Owner.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure 100% compliance with PDPA and industry-standard healthcare data security regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the IT or Healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, CSM, or PSPO certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy laws, specifically PDPA compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage lean, high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
