Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Hospital Information System (HIS) implementation projects across multiple locations.
- Manage project lifecycles including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues to ensure minimal disruption to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and clinical departments to ensure system requirements align with healthcare workflows.
- Oversee the quality assurance process and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-performance deliverables.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure project sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare IT or HIS domain.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CITPM is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site implementations and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and healthcare data standards.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
