Join Search Personnel as a Project Manager for HV/MV Electrical Projects and lead critical infrastructure initiatives from conception to completion. This role demands expertise in managing high-voltage/medium-voltage switchgear and transformer projects, ensuring seamless delivery while adhering to stringent safety protocols and budgetary constraints. You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence. The position requires proactive risk management, stakeholder communication, and compliance with Singaporean electrical standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HV/MV switchgear and transformer projects from planning to commissioning
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages
- Lead cross-functional teams and resolve technical or logistical challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HV/MV electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of switchgear and transformer installation/maintenance
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Familiarity with Singaporean electrical codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships
