Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of HVAC projects for data center facilities, ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, subcontractors, and on-site technicians.
- Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and compliance with environmental and local regulatory standards.
- Maintain clear, transparent communication with clients regarding project status, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Perform regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure high-performance system integration.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in HVAC project management, ideally within data centers or mission-critical facilities.
- Solid understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems) and complex cooling infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
