Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management of ICT projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in managing ICT or technology-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner are highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
