- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management with clients and internal teams
- Risk mitigation, issue resolution, and proactive change management
- Resource optimization and vendor coordination for ICT infrastructure deployments
- Budget management and financial reporting for technology projects
- Implementation of quality assurance frameworks and compliance standards
- Performance tracking through KPIs and project deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with ICT infrastructure or software deployments
- Professional certification (PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM) strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and ITIL frameworks
