Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale ICT solutions in the defence and public security domains.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, including software architects, cybersecurity experts, and system engineers.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Facilitate communication between internal development teams and external government or defence stakeholders.
- Oversee system integration phases to ensure hardware-software compatibility in high-security environments.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and agile practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the ICT or defence industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex, mission-critical systems and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management frameworks (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate technical and non-technical environments.
- Experience in government procurement processes and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
