Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage project scope, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for all infrastructure deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, status updates, and risk assessments for senior management.
- Conduct regular site visits and infrastructure audits to monitor project progress and operational health.
- Manage change requests and resolve project conflicts efficiently to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager specifically within the IT infrastructure or networking sector.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, hardware, and software integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
