In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Implement and maintain Agile methodologies to drive project efficiency and team collaboration
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical documentation
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT infrastructure
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and client relationships
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is a plus
- Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including networking, servers, and cloud platforms
