Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initial scoping and resource allocation to final delivery and reporting.
- Serve as the senior technical authority for inspection services, providing expert guidance on compliance and safety protocols.
- Drive operational efficiency across Singapore and regional project sites to meet strict KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project milestones.
- Perform regular audits and risk assessments to ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and contract obligations with high precision.
- Mentor junior inspectors and technical staff to uphold the firm’s standard of excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and executive summaries for regional stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the inspection, testing, or certification industry.
- Recognized professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing regional projects and coordinating multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of international inspection standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (ISO).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and project management software.
- Willingness to travel periodically within the Asia region to oversee site operations.
