Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end interior design project execution, including planning, budgeting, and timeline management
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with design specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with regulations
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and post-project evaluations
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborative problem-solving environments
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, sustainability standards, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in interior design or architecture
- Proven track record of managing complex interior projects from conception to completion
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related field highly desirable
