Join PT Atlas Produk Konstruksi as a Project Manager (Interior Project) and lead transformative interior design initiatives from conception to completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project management for interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align on project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and progress reports
- Optimize resource utilization while maintaining cost control and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior project management
- Proven track record of delivering interior projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable
