Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor ISP infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Lead cross-functional teams including technical, sales, and support departments
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for Jambi region
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Identify and mitigate operational risks in ISP service delivery
- Drive process optimization to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Establish KPIs and track performance metrics for operational excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ISP/telecommunications sector
- Proven track record of leading operational and business growth initiatives
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of ISP infrastructure and service delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience in Jambi region market preferred
