Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Develop detailed project plans with scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business analysts
- Monitor project KPIs, track progress against milestones, and report status to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure cost efficiency
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement best practices in project governance
- Ensure quality deliverables through rigorous testing and stakeholder approval processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT environments
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong background in requirements elicitation and business process analysis
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
